Roshkodom
Raskodom is a sweet popular in Bihar,West Bengal and Eastern Uttar Pradesh. It consists of a small ball of rasgulla covered in a layer of khoya/mava which is further covered on the outer surface by poppy seeds..
It is also known as Raskadam. The main ingredients are khoa, chana and poppy seeds. It is also known as "Khoya kodom" or "Kheer kodom".
